We supposedly have a 'steady state collection development policy' in our house (i.e. 1 book in 1 book out) but the books still seem to breed like tribbles...
Two new Billy bookcases have been filled in the last 12 months and we still have books and videos resting horizontally on top of other books and videos. We're trying to clear stuff out to the charity shops as part of the whole house doctoring thing but so many books tempt me to keep them just in case I ever want to look at/read them again.
