We have it easy compared to Muscovites, who thanks to Stalin's misguided ideas of urban planning are blessed with a plague of fine fluffy white dust that covers everything in an unpleasant film of off-white shit every spring, courtesy of the immense numbers of female poplars planted back in the old days.
